We’ve all heard, “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.”

To me, it’s a simple way to say that my best plans mean nothing if I don’t take action.
We can say we’re intending to do this and that. We can say it a hundred times. But if we don’t actually DO THE THING, well… It’s just one more stone on the path to wasted time.
Here’s another way to put it: “Talk is cheap.”
So, instead of just saying (yet again) how you’re GOING to start exercising and how you’re GOING to start eating right, please try something different…
… and just do it.
After all, it’s the only way to get results.
