Level 1 MELT Method Ball Workshop – 1.5 hours

These simple self-treatments can make your whole body feel better and provide relief from neck and low back pain, arthritis, headaches, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and more.

Deepen your understanding in part 2 of our Pelvic Floor Restore Workshop. Learn how posture, clenching, tension, stress, inflammation, and movement affect your pelvic floor.
