Level 2 MELT Method Roller Workshop – 1.5 hours
Come to a MELT Restore Workshop and discover how to reduce post-exercise recovery time, as well as stiffness brought on by impact activities. Learn to ease chronic neck and low back strain, reduce inflammation, and keep your whole body feeling great. During this informative workshop we show you how to restore your natural breathing patterns and understand pressure management of your core and pelvic floor.
