Level 1 Pelvic Floor Restore – 1.5 hours
During this informative workshop we show you how to restore your natural breathing patterns and understand pressure management of your core and pelvic floor. Learn simple exercises you can do from home to begin your healing journey. Mini stability ball to complete your exercises from home also included at an additional fee ($19.99).

Symptom Solutions: A Menopause Management Workshop Part 1 – 1.5 hours
Are you navigating the shifts of perimenopause or menopause and feeling unsure about how to best support your body? This dedicated workshop is designed to provide you with the essential knowledge and practical tools to move through this life stage with energy, confidence, and strength.
What you will learn:
- Changes that happen in menopause and how it affects hormonal shifts in the body, relationships, mental health and mood regulation
- Diet essentials and how to eat specifically for hormonal balance, bone density, and sustained energy.

Level 2 Pelvic Floor Restore – 1.5 hours
Deepen your understanding in part 2 of our Pelvic Floor Restore Workshop. Learn how posture, clenching, tension, stress, inflammation, and movement affect your pelvic floor.
*Please note that completion of the Level 1 Pelvic Floor Workshop is required to enrol in this session.
