Level 2 Pelvic Floor Restore Workshop – 1.5 hours
Deepen your understanding in part 2 of our Pelvic Floor Restore Workshop. Learn how posture, clenching, tension, stress, inflammation, and movement affect your pelvic floor. Please note that completion of the Level 1 Pelvic Floor Workshop is required to enrol in this session.

MELT Half Roller Workshop – 1.5 hours
Learn to use the MELT half roller for a variety of at home treatments. The half roller works best for those with back pain and balance issues to provide gentle at home treatments.

Level 2 MELT Method Roller Workshop – 1.5 hours
Come to a MELT Restore Workshop and discover how to reduce post-exercise recovery time, as well as stiffness brought on by impact activities. Learn to ease chronic neck and low back strain, reduce inflammation, and keep your whole body feeling great. (In order to sign up for this workshop attendees must have taken the Level 1 MELT Roller Workshop).
