Sign up online and early register to start Pilates in the new year!
The Pilates Foundations class runs twice a week for 4 weeks (excluding statutory holidays). Class time options are Monday/Wednesday at 10:30am, Monday/Wednesday at 1:00pm, Tuesday/Thursday at 5:30pm, or Tuesday/Thursday at 7:30pm depending on the session.
Included:
- An initial consultation which is a one-on-one session where we perform a postural analysis and movement screening to establish a baseline and gain a better understanding of any underlying health issues. This is to be completed prior to the start date of your class.
- We spend time discussing goals and nutrition to establish a program suitable for each individual.
- 4 weeks of Pilates Foundations classes that will teach you to breathe better, activate your deep core muscles, and take you through the starting Pilates exercises on the mat.
- An instructor dedicated to your health and fitness goals.
After your purchase has been finalized, we will contact you to book your initial consult prior to the start of your class or you can book your session online.
Class Length 55 minutes. Scheduled Length 60 minutes.
