Description
Sign up online and start Pilates in January 2025!
The class will run twice a week for 7 weeks beginning January 13th. Class time options are Monday/Wednesday at 9:30am, Monday/Wednesday at 1pm, or Tuesday/Thursday at 7:30pm.
Included:
- A one-on-one session where we perform a postural analysis and movement screening to establish a baseline and gain a better understanding of any underlying health issues.
- We spend time discussing goals and nutrition to establish a program suitable for each individual.
- 7 weeks of Pilates Foundations classes that will teach you to breathe better, activate your deep core muscles, and take you through the starting Pilates exercises on the mat and introduction to the Pilates Reformer.
- An instructor dedicated to your health and fitness goals.
After your purchase has been finalized, we will contact you to book your initial consult prior to the start of your class or you book your session online.
Class Length 55 minutes. Scheduled Length 60 minutes.
