It’s time to dig right into our program content. In 12 weeks I’ll show you how to move through daily life with less pain, participate in activities you previously couldn’t, and have the energy and desire to live life and engage in meaningful relationships.

During these 12 weeks you will be going step-by-step to build weekly on the skills covered. I encourage you to be curious during this time. Finding the best solutions for you will take some trial and error. I also highly recommend keeping a journal of some kind to track your progress and what you are finding success with.

Live coaching sessions run on Monday’s at 9:30am MST. Every week I will be covering a different topic related to different areas in wholistic healing. Participate as much as you can or feel free to watch the replays of past sessions if you are looking for more information. Don’t forget that you have access to our Pilates Foundation program and the 15 minute movement videos so you can start to integrate more movement daily.

This program will take 12 weeks to completely finish (if you are committed to one lesson per week).

Month 1: Breathing, Emotional Regulation, Sleep, and Hydration
Month 2: Walking, Setting Boundaries, Using the Earth, and Mobility
Month 3: Sense of Purpose, Nervous System, Strength, and Social Connections
