
Welcome to Healing Inside Out!
Let’s get started. There are a few things to handle right away before you dive into the program content:
- Go through the welcome package – this is packed full of helpful information as you navigate your program
- Add the weekly coaching calls into your schedule – creating time to review the weekly topics and ensuring time in your schedule to devote to your health and healing is a crucial first step
- Submit your documents – to progress in the program please ensure to upload your signed PAR-Q fitness questionnaire, your health history information sheet, and reflection questions. This is a required step so I can make sure to support you with the proper exercises and feedback throughout the program.
- Book your postural analysis and movement screening with me. This appointment takes approximately 30 minutes can be done online.
- Join the Facebook community – join the community of support to help keep you accountable and within a group
- Complete the vision board assignment – while not required, this portion is highly suggested to complete to help give you a clear picture on your goals and needs as you move through the program.
