Try our short beginner friendly 15 minute movement videos to increase your weekly movement even when you’re short on time.

Some tips for navigating the videos:

  • All videos show a variety of exercises that can be completed from home with minimal equipment
  • Matwork video – all you need is a mat and optional small cushions
  • Matwork with small props videos
    • Large Stability Ball
    • Flex Band
    • Foam Roller
    • Toning Balls (can use small weights, cans of soup, or water bottles instead)
    • Small Stability Ball
    • Maple Pole (can modify using a broom or hockey stick instead)
    • Magic circle or ring
    • Bosu Ball
