Of all the excuses people seize to justify their unhealthy habits, here’s the one that bugs me the most: Saying, “I don’t have time.”
There’s so much that’s wrong with that sentence, but it’s amazing how blithely we repeat it.
· Why don’t we make it to the gym?
· Why don’t we plan & prepare meals?
· Why don’t we choose a healthy option over an unhealthy one?
Yep: “I DON’T HAVE TIME.”
But, you know, we all have the same 24 hours in a day, and the same seven days in a week. And unless you’re, say, a single parent working three jobs and going to night school, you are not exceptionally busy. It’s just too easy to fall back on that to avoid eating right and exercising.
Seriously. EVERYONE IS BUSY ALL THE TIME. That’s modern life – family, job, home, hobbies, exercise, community activities, etc.
If you want to exercise, eat right, and enjoy a healthy lifestyle, then you’ll drop that crutch and start finding ways to reach your goals.
Sorry for the tough love, but I am here to help with all of these challenges, including time management.
Let me know how I can support you.

The first step is a phone call and then moving better is only a few short weeks away.
Start enjoying life more once you move more.
Start enjoying time with the kids and the ability to do more activities.
