That’s where this program comes in. This is a self driven program that builds on new habits every week. Ditch the guilt around food choices and empower yourself with real information that you can apply easily everyday.
The next intake will begin on January 15th, 2025. I do live coaching once a week online on Wednesday at 9:30am MST and follow up with regular check ins. I encourage you to ask questions and interact with the group.
