We all want to move well and enjoy quality of life well into retirement and beyond. To achieve this we need to move in more ways more often. This is what we want you to learn from this course.
The course is designed to mirror how we teach this class in the studio. It is meant to focus on:
Review and practice the lessons in order to get the most benefit for yourself. Repeat the lessons if necessary to get a better understanding of the movements and listen to your body. You can always come back to a previous lesson if you need to!
he basic principles and exercises in this course build the foundation for more advanced Pilates practice. Practice modifications of the movements if needed until you have built enough strength to try a more difficult variation. It’s kind of like swimming lessons – you need to learn to paddle before jumping in the deep end.
